A day by day blow of how my life is after losing weight.
Today was a kind of hectic day. I am operating on very little sleep. I had class at 9:10 this morning and was forced to grab a cup of coffee and 2 yogurts before class. It really did not help as I dosed off. I love coffee, but I have having caffeine. It makes my heart go nuts. That is exactly what happened during my midterm. As stressed as I was, I did not take it out by eating food. I had a normal lunch at the dining hall. Nothing too spectacular. I probably could have done without the fried potato wedges, but they were good. After class, I was ambitious and went for a run in the freezing cold weather. Well worth it, 8.5 miles later I was starving, so I had 2 bananas and then grabbed some dinner. After dinner it got a little bad as I started snacking on nuts and yogurt. These are certainly not bad foods, but not a good idea right before bed. I also did not have a lot to drink. I should have had more water. It is so tough during midterm season to worry about eating. But I know the alternative and I make sure to eat the right things. Hopefully, tomorrow will be less stressful.
